Item Name
Cheshire Dresser and Rack
Details The Bylaw Cheshire Dresser was, as the name suggests, influenced by the regional designs of Cheshire and North Wales. It shows classic late 18th C design features such as the bracket feet, cock-beaded drawers, swan neck handles etc. At 54ins wide, this is a bespoke piece, being somewhat smaller than the standard range version at 64ins. This reduction in width potentially offers opportunities where space is limited. It has a depth of 18ins and a height of 80ins. The cupboards at right and left give access to the space behind the centre matching arched panel.

Known Faults See further notes....
Further Notes You can see clearly from the attached close up photo of doors and drawers that there is some wear and tear... The seller accepts that it could benefit from some TLC.... but this early Bylaw dresser is solid oak!... If stripped, re-polished and waxed... perhaps even in a lighter colour.... the core item is a beautiful piece... and very useful. The price reflects this need for attention and could look fabulous.
