| Details | This is the only Barrel Back chair ever to be offered on ByBay. You have to sit in these lovely chairs to truly appreciate them. You sit IN them not ON them.... the perfect chair in which to curl up with a good book and a glass of your favourite tipple. This example has five years of use... and like a Barbour jacket... they get better with age. It is a faithful copy of a 19th century chair which in turn echoed a design fashionable in the 18th century. From the hand carved feet to the top of the brass studded wings it exudes quality. Snaps taken in the garden for natural light purposes only and do not reflect typical use! |
